  • 1–2 tbsp Matcha powder
  • ½ cup Hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 cup Milk of choice (dairy, oat, almond, etc.)
  • 1 scoop French Vanilla Pronativ protein powder
  • ½ cup Room temperature water
  • Ice (optional, for the iced version)

Directions

  1. Combine the matcha powder and hot water. Whisk until foamy, making an “M” or “W” shape rather than whisking in circles.
  2. Separately, froth the milk of your choice.
  3. Whisk the French Vanilla Pronativ with the room temperature water until it is combined and foamy.
  4. Combine all three liquids into a mug and enjoy!

To make this recipe iced: Simply swap the hot frothed milk for cold milk and serve over ice.
