Ingredients

Featured Ingredient

  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice
  • 2 scoops French Vanilla Pronativ
  • 2 ears fresh sweet corn, cooked, kernels shaved off the cob. (Reserve ¼ cup of kernels as a mix-in)
  • Optional: Honey to taste

Directions

  1. Blend the base: Add the milk, protein powder, fresh corn, and optional honey to a blender. Process until completely smooth, strain using a fine mesh strainer, then pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container.
  2. Freeze upright on a level surface for at least 24 hours until frozen solid.
  3. Creamify: Spin on the Lite Ice Cream setting. Remove the lid, scrape down the sides with a spoon, and run one Respin cycle for maximum creaminess.
  4. Mix-in: Create a small well in the center of the ice cream, add the reserved corn kernels, and process using the Mix-In setting.
  5. Enjoy immediately, or serve affogato style with a shot of espresso.
