Ingredients

Featured Ingredient

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops Pronativ Silky Strawberry Native Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese, softened
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp milk of your choice, to thin consistency if needed
  • For the crust: 2-3 crushed graham crackers
  • For the topping: ¼ cup fresh strawberries, diced

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, Pronativ Silky Strawberry protein powder, and vanilla extract.
  2. Using a whisk or an electric mixer, beat the mixture until it is completely smooth and all ingredients are fully incorporated. If the mixture is too thick for your liking, add milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. In two separate cups or jars, add a layer of crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers to the bottom.
  4. Carefully spoon the cheesecake mixture evenly into the two cups, on top of the crust layer.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the cheesecake mixture to set.
  6. Just before serving, top with the diced fresh strawberries.
