Ingredients

Featured Ingredient

  • 1 cup smooth natural peanut butter
  • 2 scoops Mellow Chocolate Pronativ
  • ¼ cup peanut butter powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ⅓ lb dark chocolate
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the natural peanut butter,

Mellow Chocolate Pronativ, peanut butter powder, and honey. Stir vigorously until a smooth, slightly moist dough forms—similar to the texture of a peanut butter cup filling. If the mixture feels a bit too dry or crumbly, mix in a splash of water until it comes together smoothly.
  2. Roll the dough into 28 bite-sized balls (about 1 tablespoon

each) and place them on a tray. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  3. Place the dark chocolate in a heat-safe bowl and melt in

30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring between each, until completely smooth.
  4. Using a fork, dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the

melted dark chocolate, letting any excess drip back into the bowl. Set the coated truffles onto a parchment- or wax paper-lined baking sheet.
  5. Immediately sprinkle the tops with flaky sea salt while the

chocolate coating is still wet. Return the tray to the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to allow the chocolate shell to set fully. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
