  • 4 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 3 scoops Unflavored Pronativ
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mash the avocados until they reach your desired consistency (a little chunky is usually best!). Mix in the Pronativ and stir thoroughly until it's completely incorporated and smooth.
  2. Add in the diced red onion, tomatoes, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro, grated garlic, fresh lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Gently fold all the ingredients together until just combined. Grab your favorite tortilla chips, veggies, or crackers, and dive in!
