  • 4 stalks green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend on high until the dressing is completely smooth, vibrant green, and creamy.
  2. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
  3. Transfer the dressing to a glass mason jar or airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 7 days. Give it a quick shake or stir before serving.
