Ingredients

Featured Ingredient

  • 3 scoops Mellow Chocolate Pronativ
  • 12oz dark chocolate chips, melted (we use Lily’s No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup dried cherries (unsweetened if you prefer)
  • Crushed red pepper (to taste)
  • Flaky sea salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Melt your dark chocolate chips. Once melted, add the Mellow Chocolate Pronativ, chili powder, cinnamon, and dried cherries, mixing well until completely combined.
  2. Pour the mixture onto a large sheet pan lined with parchment paper, and spread if needed until the mixture is about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle crushed red pepper and flaky sea salt evenly over the top to taste. Place in the fridge and let set for at least 3 hours.
  4. Once the chocolate is completely hard, break the bark into large chunks and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
