Buffalo Chicken Dip

Let’s be honest: buffalo chicken dip is the undisputed MVP of every party, but it usually comes with a side of "I need a nap." I wanted to change that without sacrificing that signature spicy, cheesy indulgence we all crave. This version is a total game-changer. By swapping the usual heavy cream cheese for blended cottage cheese and a boost of Pronativ protein powder, you get a dip that’s incredibly creamy, high in protein, and actually leaves you feeling energized. It’s the same bold, buffalo flavor you love, just leveled up for your macros.
